The Electoral district of Bulleen is an electoral district of the Victorian Legislative Assembly in Australia. It lies in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne about 12 kilometres away, covering the suburbs of Bulleen, Lower Templestowe, Templestowe and part of Doncaster and Doncaster East. The current member is Nicholas Kotsiras.

The area's boundaries include the Yarra River in the north and west, the Mullum Mullum Creek in the east and to the south the boundaries include the Eastern Freeway, High Street and King Street. The total area of the electoral district is 30km².

The seat was created in 1985 and over time the area became Liberal Party of Australia safe and still is today. The district has always stayed Liberal.
